The G-Shock® GBD800UC-5 watch is perfect for both everyday style and achieving your training goals. This timepiece, the latest addition to the G-Shock Power Trainer sports lineup, features a round stainless steel case with a resin overlay and an adjustable, flexible resin wrist strap. The shock-resistant design ensures durability, and the traditional buckle closure provides a secure fit.

The digital display provides a range of functionalities to enhance your workouts. The watch links with the G-Shock Connected phone app, granting access to a variety of features. Through the app, you can maintain step count logs with five exercise intensity levels, calculate the calories you burn, and specify a daily step target, among other capabilities.

The timepiece offers advanced timekeeping features. It displays the hour, minute, second, AM/PM, month, date, and day, with an accuracy of +/- 15 seconds per month. The 1/100-second stopwatch has a measuring capacity of 23:59'59.99" and provides elapsed time, split time, and 1st-2nd place times. The countdown timer ranges from 1 to 60 minutes, with a unit of measure in 1/10 seconds.
